PLUG FOR BLOWING OF GAS FOR MOLTEN METAL VESSEL

PURPOSE:To provide a plug for blowing of gases which has a markedly prolonged life by combining >=2 kinds of refractories under integration of only the characteristics of refractory materials that improve the functions of the plug and the selection of eliminting factors for damaging. CONSTITUTION:For example, the parts of the refractory material having holes 3 for blowing of gases extending in a longitudinal direction are made of cylindrical bodies 2 consisting of oxide of Al2O3, etc., nitride of Si4N3, etc., carbide of SiC, etc. or carbon.
