Zusammenfassung:	Novel glycidyl-substituted 1,3,2-oxaphosphorine compounds of the general formula I in which R1, R2 and R3 represent hydrogen, the glycidyl radical and/or a 3-hydroxy-2-halogenopropyl radical, with the proviso that there are at least one glycidyl radical together with at least one 3-hydroxy-2- halogenopropyl radical, it also being possible for R1 to represent a hydrocarbon radical, and a process for the preparation of these novel compounds, in which the glycidyl radical is introduced in a known manner into 1,3,2-oxazophosphorine compounds of the general formula II in which R1 represents hydrogen or a hydrocarbon radical, and cytostatically active pharmaceutical preparations containing compounds of the general formula I.
