BALANCER FOR CENTRIFUGAL ROTATOR

PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the occurrence of great vibration in the early period of the rotation of a rotary tank by a method in which the height of the first resistance portion is set to the midway of the inside of an annular chamber and that of the second resistance portion is set to the inside ceiling of the annular chamber. CONSTITUTION:At the startup of rotation, the whole of liquid W receives rotation force at a projected portion 12 and a shield plate portion 13 and ready to move in the direction of arrow 15. However, the liquid is divided into two directions, as shown by arrows 15a and 15b, near the projected portion 12, the liquid flow in the direction of arrow 15a is mostly direction in the opposite direction (partly directed to sideway through which it rides on the projected portion 12) by the shield plate portion 13 and the second vertical wall 12b of the projected portion 12 and collided on the liquid advancing in the direction of arrow 15b, whereupon its advancing speed is abruptly lowered. Thus, the liquid W follows the rotation of the rotary tank 4 to suppress the incurrent of vibration due to the difference in rotation between it and the rotary tank 4.
