Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a vinyl chloride polymer having semarkably decreased tackiness, low hardness and improved transparency and requires no mixing apparatus such as an extruder or rollers, by polymerizing a vinyl chloride monomer containing thermoplastic polyurethane. CONSTITUTION:In a vinyl chloride monomer is dissolved a vinyl chloride monomer-soluble thermoplastic polyurethane such as a polyisocyanate which is substantially free of hard segments, has a MW >=300, pref., >=500, and prepared from a long-chain glycol having OH groups on both terminals and a polyisocyanate having NCO groups on both terminals. Then the purpose vinyl chloride polymer is prepared by radical-polymerizing the vinyl chloride monomer. As far as the vinyl chloride monomer can dissolve the thermoplastic polyurethane, the amount of the polyurethane is not limited, but it is usually below 70wt%.
