Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the reproducing fidelity of an original sound, by sticking a buffering sheet to the metallic plate on the reverse side of a piezoelectric element, and thus flattening frequency characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric sounding body is constituted by storing a metallic plate 2, having an adhered piezoelectric element 3, in a case 1. A buffering sheet 5 of rubber, etc., is stuck to the reverse surface of the metallic plate 2. This sticking flattens the frequency characteristics of the metallic plate 2 as a diaphragm. Consequently, the piezoelectric sounding body is utilized over a wide frequency range to improve the reproducing fidelity of an original sound.
