CLEANSING DEVICE FOR WATER GAUGE

PURPOSE:To enable to hold a cleansing effect by normally keeping an appropriate irradiation strength, by a method wherein a pressure of drinking water is detected, and an ultrasonic oscillating part is increased and decreased in an output corresponding to the pressure of drinking water by means of the signal. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic wave is radiated toward a pH electrode 3 from an oscillator 5 of an ultrasonic cleansing device. A pressure transmission device 6, detecting a pressure of drinking water 2 in a piping 1, is installed at a part of the same piping 1 to normally measure the pressure of the drinking water 2. An electric signal corresponding to the pressure of the drinking water 2 is transmitted to an ultrasonic oscillating part 7 from the pressure transmission device 6 to vary the output of the oscillating part 7. An ultrasonic electric signal from the oscillating part 7 is converted into a mechanical vibration by an oscillator 5, and the mechanical vibration reaches the pH electrode 3 through the drinking water 2. As a result, contaminants adhered to the pH electrode 3 are peeled. This enables to normally maintain an appropriate irradiation strength even if the pressure of the drinking water fluctuates, and to hold a cleansing effect.
