Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To remove burrs completely and automatically and to obtain uniform product quality, by providing a deburring tool in addition to tools for impression and levelling provided for second work over planet motion around the internal gear of a work. CONSTITUTION:To form tapered parts T in a tooth surface by secondarily working the internal gear 122 of a work 114 previously, a working tool 113 for levelling and a deburring tool 140 are provided on a diagonal passing the axis core rotatably on offset shafts 109a, 109b, 109c, and 109d in addition to a working tool 112 for impression, and they are put in planet motion around said internal gear 122 to perform second work. The tool 112 for impression has teeth 112a across a center groove 112b to form tapered parts T in the tooth surface of the gear 122. Burrs produced at this time are crushed by the roll surface 140a of the deburring tool 140, and further removed completely by levelling teeth 113a of the levelling tool 113.
