Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To detect a material to be detected with precision by branching part of laser light radiated to the space where the material to be detected is present and photodetecting it by a photodetector, and controlling the driving current, etc., to a semiconductor laser in such a way that the light output is maximized. CONSTITUTION:A laser L emits light by a driving current supplied from a constant current power source 1, and the light is intermitted by a chopper CH and collimated through the 1st lens LX to be radiated to the space where aerosol is present. The light is condensed through a lens LY and converted photoelectrically by the 1st photodetector D1, and a microcomputer MC calculates the concentration of the aerosol. A part of the light is photodetected by a photodetector D2 through a beam splitter BS, a total reflection mirror M, and a lens LZ and is converted photoelectrically. The resulting signal is inputted to the microcomputer MC to control the driving current and the temperature of the laser L so that optical power radiated from the laser L is maximized. |
