Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form a very strong protective wall by a method in which large bar-inserting holes with given depth and diameter are provided in the sides of concrete blocks, large iron bars are inserted into the blocks to connect the adjacent blocks, and the blocks are heaped up. CONSTITUTION:Large bar-inserting holes 4 are provided at proper intervals in upper and lower sides 2 and 2' of square plate-shaped concrete blocks 1, and also large bar-inserting holes 5 are provided near the upper sides 2 of left and right sides 3 and 3' of the blocks. In constructing a disaster prevention wall by using the concrete blocks 1, large bars 83 are erected to the dimension between the large bar-inserting holes 4 of the blocks 1 on a foundation concrete 6, and then the blocks 1 are orderly heaped up through large bars 82 and 83 on the foundation concrete 6 to construct a disaster prevention wall.
