Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To perform brazing work efficiently in making an end hat for a magnetron, which is used as an electronic oven or the like, by fixing a brazing member made of a sintered ruthenium-molybdenum alloy to the surface of the body of the end hat. CONSTITUTION:An end hat 1 is made of molybdenum, and a brazing member 5 is made of a sintered alloy consisting of rutnenium and molybdenum. A main part 2 for a magnetron is prepared by welding a lead bar 4 and brazing a coil 3. Here, the brazing is carried out in an electric furnace containing an atmosphere of hydrogen, and the brazing member 5 is firmly held at the brazed parts. As a result, preparatory work for the brazing is quite easy, and the whole brazing work can be performed efficiently. In addition, since the ruthenium-molybdenum alloy used as the brazing member 5 is cheaper than platinum brazing matter conventionally used, the above brazing work can be carried out economically and has a high utility. |
