TRANSPORTATION OF SEVERAL KINDS OF POWDER AND GRAINS AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE:To transport several kinds of powder in each charging chamber outside at a same time or separately by partitioning the charging chamber to a plurality of charging chambers each having a respective discharge port in a pressure vessel and charging several kinds of powder into each charging chamber and feeding transportation gas into the pressure vessel. CONSTITUTION:Different kinds of powder are charged into charging chambers 3a and 3b by perfectly closing the flow-rate control valves 7a, 7b, 12a, and 12b, and transportation valves 10a and 10b and opening charging valves 4a and 4b. After charging, pressurized transportation gas is supplied into a pressure vessel 1 through pressurization lines 8a and 8b, and the pressure in the vessel is increased to a prescribed value, and transportation valves 10a and 10b are perfectly opened, and the flow-rate control valves 12a and 12b are opened, and then the powder charged into charging chambers 3a and 3b are fluidized on fluidization floors 5a and 5b. Thus, the powder can be transported under a pressure over 2kg/cm .G through discharge nozzles 6a and 6b and transportation pipes 11a and 11b.
