Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simply switch each operation, by controlling a rotational angle through the changeover of each operation with one motor. CONSTITUTION:One pulse signal is generated and rotation of a cam drive motor 27 is stopped through a reflection plate 26b at a nonreflection section 24c. At the stop state, the position of the plate 24b to a detecting element 26 opposes to the nonreflection section with two light emitting elements. In inputting a signal of a fast feed or rewinding, the cam drive motor 27 is rotated and a position detecting plate 24 is turned. Through this rotation, the cam 24a depresses a roller 15 provided for a brake link 14. Further, through the rotation of the plate 24, the plate 24b corresponding to the detecting element 26 is also turned.
