Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reproduce a rugged pattern having depth and to improve heat insulating performance by coating an inorg. foaming material consisting essentially of portland cement contg. Al powder on the surface of a structure, pressing this with die rollers and forming the foamed layer of rugged patterns. CONSTITUTION:An org. material such as acrylic ester is coated on the surface 3 of a structure, whereby a primer layer is formed. An inorg. foaming material consisting essentially of portland cement contg. metallic Al powder is kneaded with water or a synthetic resin emulsion (e.g.; acrylic ester resin), after which the mixture is spread and coated by troweling, spraying or roll coating, and before the inorg. foaming material starts foaming, it is pressed with die rollers having rugged patterns, whereby a foaming layer 1 is formed. Upon ending of the foaming of the layer 1, inorg. paint or org. paint is coatd, whereby a color finished layer 2 is formed. As a result, the rugged patterns having the depth larger than that in the prior art is produced and heat insulting performance is improved.
