Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a cylindrical body in the stage of separating the Se photosensitive layers of a cylindrical electrophotographic recorder in order to recover the Se materials by mounting a disc having projecting parts to be fitted into opening part at both ends of a base body, erecting the photoreceptor in a vacuum vessel and heating the same. CONSTITUTION:In the stage of separating the Se photosensitive layers of cylindrical electrophotographic receptors in order to recover and reuse the Se materials, a stand is provided in a vacuum vessel, and rails are laid thereon. A carriage that can be moved on the rails is placed thereon and discs 8 for prevention of deformation having projecting parts at the center are connected in plurality on the floor of the carriage via spacers 9. The opening parts 71 on the lower side of the base bodies 7 of the photoreceptors are fitted onto the projecting parts 81 of the disc 8, and the projecting parts 11 of discs 10 for prevention of deformation are fitted into the opening parts on the upper side of the bodies 7. A hole is provided in the central part of each disc 10. The inside of the vacuum vessel is evacuated and the vessel is heated to evaporate and recover the Se materials. Since the deformation of the bodies 1 by the effect of heat is prevented and the Se materials are recovered with good purity, the bodies 7 and the Se materials are both reused. |
