TWO COMPRESSION CHAMBER TYPE ROTARY COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To reduce noises and vibrations by providing a partition plate in a cylinder so as to form two compression chambers and by shifting the compression stroke phases of rolling pistons in individual compression chambers by 180 deg. so that both compression strokes are completed within one revolution of the common driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 5 is provided in a cylinder 1 so as to form the cylinder into two compression chambers A, B and to give rigidity to the cylinder 1 as well. In addition, the compression stroke phases of the first and the second rolling pistons 2a, 2b fitted in individual compression chambers A, B are shifted by 180 deg. so that both compression strokes are completed within one revolution of the common driving shaft, thereby torque variations can be kept low and vibrations and noises can be reduced. Furthermore, the partition plate 5 is fixed in close contact on the inner wall of the cylinder 1 with a fixing bolt 6 at a predetermined angle where the rolling pistons 2a, 2b have reached their maximum discharge pressures, thus improving the sealing ability on the high pressure side.
