Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve productivity with less cavities by casting the molten metal which is evacuated and deaerated into the cavities evacuated through a valve operating by discriminating a gas and the molten metal. CONSTITUTION:A valve 30 of the construction prohibiting the outflow of molten metal 25 to the outside of molds 11 is provided in a cavity 15 or the vent groove part 18 conducted from the cavity 15. The inside of the cavity 15 is evacuated through the valve 30, and the space 22 in a molten metal tank is evacuated at a much higher degree. The space 22 is restored to the atmospheric pressure or is pressurized to lift the metal 25 into the cavity 15. The castings having less cavities are obtained with higher productivity.
