CONSTITUTION:An embedded portion 10 where the tip parts of gear teeth 2 are embedded over a prescribed width l1 is formed at the end part of the gear teeth 2 located at one end face 4' of a screw gear 1 made of resin, while the tip parts 5 of the gear teeth 2 located at the other end face 4 end at the positions retracted inward from the end face 4 by a distance l2 and a retracted part 12 corresponding to the bottom of the gear teeth 2 is formed in a unitary manner.
