PARTS FEEDER

PURPOSE:To remove entangled parts and separate parts into each individual unit, by installing a parts removing device, which is actuated when a pair of separate parts detecting devices detect the parts simultaneously, between paired detecting devices. CONSTITUTION:An interval between detecting holes 9 and 11 at one side of paired parts detecting devices 6 and 7 is so set up that it is shorter than the overall length of each part and longer than the length of a light untransmittable part, through which the paired parts detecting devices 6 and 7 are designed not to detect a single unit at the same time. A parts removing device is provided in position between the paired parts detecting devices 6 and 7. This removing device is composed of a blower and an air hole 16 being made up between the detecting holes 9 and 11 at one side of the parts detecting devices 6 and 7. On the other hand, a parts takeout port 17 is made up at the front end of a parts conveying passage 5 for a straight forward feeder 3, and as for this takeout port 17, a notch part is formed on its V-groove block 18.
