Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To permit certain interlock between the secondary lock mechanism and the primary lock mechanism by permitting allowance in the engagement of the secondary lock mechanism at early stage. CONSTITUTION:The primary lock mechanism B and the secondary lock mechanism B' are arranged under a seat 1. The front haff of each tooth piece of the teeth 21 on the lock plate 22 of the secondary lock mechanism B' and of each tooth piece of the teeth of a stopper plate 24 is formed into tapered form, to the top and bent downward so as to be nearly at right angles when engagement starts. The stopper plate 17 of the primary lock mechanism B and the stopper plate 24 of the secondary lock mechanism B' are connected through a cable 30, and thus the both lock mechanisms are interlocked.
