Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To expand a dynamic range by forming the sectional shape of filter so that G is projected and W is recessed and averaging transmission factor. CONSTITUTION:In the transmission factors of color separation filters W, the largest value and the rest are in the order of Ye, Gy and G. A complementary filter consists of a cyanic filter and a yellow filter and both the filters are laminated in the G part, but not laminated in the W part. Protective films 3a- 3c are formed as a recessed lens on a photodiode part 2 in the W part. In the G part, said protective films, a cyanic filter 4 and an yellow filter 5 form a projected lens. Consequently, the difference of the quantity of incident light to the photodiodes of W and G is reduced, expanding the dynamic range.
