Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To assemble the leadless shaft-shaped electronic parts easily by using a jig, which has a hole receiving a sleeve, into one end thereof the small diameter section of one electrode is inserted, and to which a rod going in and out to or from the inside of the hole from the bottom of the hole is arranged, when manufacturing the titled electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:The insides of several sealing hole 24 of a lower jig 20 are each supplied with first electrodes 12, the sleeves 14 and elements 1 in succession. A magnet board 23 is set up to an upper jig 22, and each hole 25 is supplied with second electrodes 13. When both upper and lower jigs 20, 22 are positioned and stacked, the magnet board 23 is removed from the upper jig 22, the rods 21 are dropped and extracted from the jig 20, and the sleeves 14 are forwarded to a heating process and heated, a plurality of leadless diodes sealed with glass are obtained collectively. Accordingly, since the constitutional elements of the shaft-shaped electronic parts are subject to external force only in the axial direction and incorporated, each assembly matching in the axial direction is improved, and yield is enhanced. |
