Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To promote a gasification of fuel under the operation of partial load and activate the operation by a method wherein the partial loading passage having a smaller sectional area than that of an intake passage and having a longer passage length is arranged by bypassing the throttle valve. CONSTITUTION:Since a throttle valve 8 is closed in case of a partial loading operation, mixture gas formed in a carburetter 7 under a blowing of combustion gas of which degree is naturally increased in case of a low number of rotation of the engine during a valve overlapping period between an intake valve 2 and an exhaust valve 3 is supplied into a combustion chamber 1 while it is reciprocated in a partial loading passage 9. During this period, the gasification of fuel is promoted, heat is exchanged with the burnt gas of hot temperature in the intake passage 5 near the combustion chamber 1 to receive an activation of the mixture gas.
