POWDERED GRANULE DELIVERING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To permit uniform dlivery of a fixed amount of powdered granule by dividedly taking-in the dispersed powdered granule onto a shutter through the movement of a slider and a breaker, and delivering a fixed amount by opening the shutter during suspension of movement of the slider and the breaker, in a shaft kiln etc. CONSTITUTION:When a lever 12 is moved reciprocally by driving, a cylinder 6, keeping a shutter in closed state, a breaker 9 swings right and left at an angle of theta, and the ceiling plates 5A of a slider 5 cover alternately the right and left halves of the opened part 4 of a bottom plate 3. Therefore, when the flowing- down powdered-granule 17 divided right and left is accumulated in a certain amount on a shutter 14, operation stops, and the shutter 14 is opened, and the powdered granule is discharged down. At this time, the powdered granule 17 is held without dropping-off on the inner bottom 3 as in the case when bridge phenomenon are generated, in the body 2 in which the breaker 9 and the slider 5 stop the operation, and gas sealing state is maintained. When the shutter 14 is closed and operation is started again, and the breaker 9 and the slider 5 are operated, the powdered granule is dividedly taken-in, spreaded on the shutter 14, from the opening part 4 of the bottom plate 3.
