Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform an operation and maintenance of an air conditioning system at low cost, by a method wherein a set value of a hot water temperature is varied within a range in which an air conditioner can handle a load, and an input of a heat pump is minimized on a similar load. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a hot water temperature detector 8 for detecting temperature Te of hot water, a load measuring device 9 for measuring a load QL of a heat pump 1 based on temperature, at an inlet or outlet of hot water, a measuring device 10 for measuring a quantity GA, transported by a transporting system to an air conditioner 3, based on a pump power to a water feed pump 4, and a cold water temperature detector 11 for detecting temperature Tm of cold water. A controller 12 consists of a heat pump input computer part 13 for computing an increase in an input of a heat pump, a transporting system input computer part 14 for computing an increase in an input of a transporting system, a heat resistance computer part 15 for computing an increase in a heat resistance of an air conditioner, a computer part 16 for setting the value of a hot water temperature for correcting a set value of a hot water temperature, and a controller part 17 for controlling an opening degree of a regulating valve 7 for a fuel feed quantity. A total input WS of an air conditioning system is determined from a summed total of an input WR of a heat pump and an input WA of a coveying system, and in order to minimize the value, a computing takes place to reduce the input of the air conditioning system.
