Zusammenfassung:NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (R1 is H, halogen, OH, lower alkyl, CF3, or lower alkoxy; R2 is lower alkyl; Am is 5-9-membered cyclic amino group which may be replaced with lower alkyl; m and n are 1, 2, or 3, and m+n is 3, 4, or 5; with the proviso that a case where Am is piperidino, m is 3 and n is 1 is omitted), its pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts and quaternary ammonium salts. EXAMPLE:1-Methyl-4-piperidyl alpha-hexamethyleneimidophenylacetate dihydrochloride. USE:Having antispasmodic action with high acetylcholine resistance of a drug such as an antispasmodic, etc., furthermore having low side effect such as mydriasis, inhibition of spittle secretion, pulsus frequens, etc. PROCESS:A compound shown by the formula II (Hal is halogen such as Cl, Br, or I) or its acid addition salt is reacted with a compound shown by the formula H-Am, to give a compound shown by the formula I .
