Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To suppress backlash of a harmonic drive mechanism by controlling the pushing amount of a wave generator against a flexible spline. CONSTITUTION:Flexure is applied onto a flexible spline 26 by means of a wave generator 29. Said spline 26 will gear with a circular spline to construct a harmonic drive mechanism. The wave generator 29 is spline fitted to the input shaft 32 and biased upward by a spring 33. Upon increase of rotation of the input shaft 32, a weight 36 will function to push down the wave generator 29 against the spring 33 thus to reduce the pushing amount 8 of the wave generator 29 and the flexible spline 26 and to reduce the backlash.
