Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To control the operation condition of a plant efficiently at a low cost by attaching a back board which is so wired that a display is fitted to an equipment where the necessity of control rises in a plant flow diagram drawn on paper. CONSTITUTION:A digital computer 2 inputs the operation condition of the equipment of a plant 1, such as opened or closed condition of a valve through a process input device 210. A display control part 220 for plant operation condition decides a light emitting device (performing red display for the opening of the valve and green display for the closure of the valve) fitted in the flow diagram and its turn-on position according to the equipment operation condition and outputs them to a display 4 for the plant operation condition through an input/output device 240. The display 4 stores the information from the input/ output device 240 in a display information storage part 410. The display control part 420 reads the information out of the display information storage part 410 and the display 430 emits light in red or green successively.
