Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which generates bubbles with good reproducibility in gel in the movement thereof from a high-pressure side to a low- pressure side, consisting of a water-soluble synthetic high-molecular material and agarose. CONSTITUTION:An aq. soln. (A) contg. 0.2-10wt% at least one water-soluble synthetic high-molecular material selected from (co)polymers having a unit of formula I (wherein R is H, CH3; X is Na, K, NH4 or a group of formula II), (co)polymers having a unit of formula III (wherein R is OH or a group of formula IV) and acrylamide polymers, and an aq. soln. (B) contg. 0.2-10wt% agarose are mixed together in a ratio of 5-90wt% component A to 95-10wt% component B. The mixture is charged in a transparent container and left to stand at room temp. to bring it to a gel state. EFFECT:When operators working under high pressure, such as diver, moves from a high-pressure state to a low-pressure state, their movement can be controlled by watching bubbles generated in gel so that patterns of decompression disease can be reduced.
