RADIATION RESISTANT COMPUTER DEVICE

PURPOSE:To use the titled device with high reliability by detecting and restoring the stored contents changed by the penetration of radiation. CONSTITUTION:During the stop of a CPU11, an output signal from a prescribed FF circuit 15n is taken out, a signal inconsistent with a clock pulse signal is detected out of said output signal to detect the inverted status of the FF circuit 15n and the FF circuit 15n is restored by using the detected signal. Since the FF circuit 15n is restored until the calculating period of the CPU11 even if the circuit 15n is inverted by radiation, the control error can be suppressed down to the minimum and the CPU11 can be used with high reliability.
