Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To offer a toner which has officient fixability and has a high non- offset property to have a high minimum temperature of offset generation, by incoporating an essential component resin, which consists of a resin softened at a low temperature and a resin softened at a high temperature and has one glass transition point, and an offset preventing agent into a binder resin. CONSTITUTION:The softening point of the resin, which is softened at a low temperature, constituting the essential component resin is 80-120 deg.C, and that of the resin softened at a high temperature is >=140 deg.C, desirably, 140-200 deg.C, and it is desirable that the ratio of the resin softened at a low temperature to the resin softened at a high temperature is 1:0.2-1:0.8 by weight. It is necessary that each of these resins consists of one or more out of a styrene polymer, an acrylic polymer, and a styrene-acrylic polymer; and thus, crushability at a toner production time is attained to produce easily the toner having a required particle size, and further, high frictional chargeability and excellent developability are displayed.
