Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To ensure both peaking function and constant resistance to obtain an amplifier having a wide band and high output, by converting a lattice type circuit of a constant with which the constant resistance is satisfied into a bridge T type circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input signal supplied from a signal source 8 which driven a CRT1 is amplified by a cascode amplifier consisting of a driving transistor TR6 and an output MOSFET5. The output of the FET5 is impressed to a CRT1 via a peaking circuit comprising peaking coils L3a and 3B and a peaking capacitor CB. This circuit is equal to a bridge T type circuit which consists equivalently and as shown in the diagram of coils L3A and L3B, a mutual inductance Lm between said two coils, and a load capacitor CL. This T type circuit shows a constant resistance to the FET5 and performs a prescribed peaking function to the CRT1.
