Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal operation due to the penetration of radiation by providing the semiconductor circuit with a radiation detecting element and controlling power fed to the semiconductor circuit by the detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor radiation detector 12 is fitted to a section in the vicinity of the semiconductor circuit 11 such as the back section of an insulating substrate 13. When the detector 12 detects radiation in an extent in which the parasitic thyristor circuit of the semiconductor circuit 11 is conducted, a control section 17 is supplied with an output signal. A power supply circuit 18 supplying the semiconductor circuit 11 with power is connected to the control section 17, and the control section supplies rated currents on normally, and controls so as to supply not more than rated currents on accidents in which radiation penetrates. Accordingly, the conduction of the parasitic thyristor circuit of the semiconductor circuit 11 is prevented, and the accidents of short circuits of the circuit can be inhibited.
