WINDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To form a coil having high space factor by constructing to wind the coil from outside toward inside while urging the coil to the inner periphery of a winding jig, thereby eliminating the expansion of the coil toward the outside. CONSTITUTION:A magnet wire 7 is pulled out from the ed of a flier 4, wound on a pressing jig corresponding to an arm 21, the arm 21 is moved by the tension of a compression coil spring 23, and a magnet wire 7 which is wound on the jig is urged to the deep wall surface 13a of a winding jig 13. Then, when a motor is energized to rotate the flier 4 around the jig 13, the wire 7 is fed out of the flier 4 to be wound around four pressing jigs 18. Thus, the wire is wound and superposed in the prescribed number from outside to inside of the coil by the guiding action of the arm 21 to the magnet, and sequentially densely wound by the jig 18 toward the inner periphery.
