PARTS SUPPLY SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To cut a processing time for supplying parts arranged in the same direction by detecting orientation of parts to the transfer direction and converting orientation of parts in accordance with such detected result and simultaneously transferring these parts normally. CONSTITUTION:Parts sent from the supplyer 11 are subjected to detection of orientation by the detector 13. When orientation of parts is normal, parts are transferred to the accommodation section 15 through the rails 21, 12b, 13c. If orientation is reversed, the rail 21 rotatably moves toward the bypass rail 22a in accordance with the detection signal of system 13. Therefore, parts are transferred to the direction converter 23. In this system, parts are then transferred to the path rail 22b on the reversed direction. The parts to be transferred through the rail 22 are transferred to the rail 12c through the junction part 25 and then transferred to the accommodation section 15. Thereby, efficiency of part supply can be enhanced.
