Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To increase an efficiency in utilization of a laser beam, by dividing the laser beam into two beams and by performing the transmission thereof at a beam expansion angle fitted for pickup and distance measurement. CONSTITUTION:An output beam 6 from a YAG laser oscillator 1 is supplied to a frequency multiplier 15 and thereby a part of the laser beam is converted into a laser beam doubled in frequency, and this beam is separated into a multiplied wave 17a and a fundamental wave 17b by a spectroscope 16. The multiplied wave 17a is passed through a zoom optical system 2a to be magnified so that the sectional area of a laser beam 7a to be transmitted is larger than a target 8 at its position, and then it is transmitted for pickup. The fundamental wave 17b is passed through a zoom optical system 2b to be restricted so that the sectional area of a laser beam 7b to be transmitted is smaller than the target 8, and then it is transmitted for measurement of a distance. A mirror 18 is employed for emitting the laser beam 7b in the same direction with that of the laser beam 7a. |
