COUPLING METHOD FOR STEEL PLATE FRAME FOR MOTOR TO TERMINAL BOX

PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a stator coil due to cutting chip by opening a through hole for lead wirings and a lower through hole for coupling a terminal before forming a frame of steel plate in the cylindrical shape, and coupling the box to the frame via the prescribed coupling member after forming. CONSTITUTION:The through hole 2 for lead wirings 6 is opened at the prescribed position of a steel plate of the prescribed thickness which is cut in the prescribed size, a plurality of terminal box mounting seats 3 are welded to the periphery of the hole 2, and a lower hole of the prescribed size is opened at the seat 3 the steel plate is formed in a cylindrical shape to form a frame 1.
