Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable to approximate a relation between a number of revolutions setting value and a number of revolutions of an output shaft to a straight line, by incorporating a function converter into a signal system of a controller adjusting hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic pressure source controlling pressing force of a friction plate of a friction plate type speed reduction gear. CONSTITUTION:The number of revolutions of an output shaft 6 is fed back as voltage ef detected, for example, by a detector, such as a tacho-generator, through wihch voltage e1 set by a number of revolutions setting device 16 is taken out as signal voltage eo by making proportional conversion through a number of revolutions setting signal generator 17. Voltage ec corresponding to the signal voltage eo to be signaled by the number of revolutions setting signal generator 17 is applied to a function converter 27, by applying the signal voltage eo to a control signal generator 18 together with a difference between the signal voltage eo and the voltage ef corresponding to the number of revolutions of the output shaft 6 fed back and making servo-control by a control signal generator 18 so that the number of revolutions of the shaft 6 becomes a set value. Then, eci=f(ec) becomes applicable, in the function converter 27.
