Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. with an improved storage stability, prepared by adding a hydrolyzable ester compd. and/or a beta-diketone compd. to a one-pack type room temp. curing compsn. consisting of a vinyl resin having a hydrolyzable silyl group, a curing catalyst, etc. CONSTITUTION:The titled compsn. is prepared by mixing (A) 100pts.wt. silyl group-contg. vinyl resin in which the main chain consists of a vinyl polymer and a hydrolyzable group is contained at the terminal or in the side chain, (B) 0.05-10pts.wt. curing catalyst (e.g., orgaotin carboxylate), (C) 0-200pts.wt. pigment, (D) 0.1-100pts.wt. hydrolyzable ester compd. (e.g., orthoformate ester) and/or beta-diketone compd. (e.g., acetylacetone) and (E) 0-500pts.wt. solvent. The resultant compsn. exhibits excellent storage stability, for moisture is removed by the reaction with component D.
