Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform frame block fillet welding automatically in welding a welded structure that varies in inclination, by detecting inclination of steel plates by inclination detecting sensors attached to the welding machine, and performing welding basing on the sequence incorporated in the controlling device. CONSTITUTION:A frame curved block consisting of a bottom plate S5 curved in X, Y direction and vertical plates S1, S2, S3, S4 properly inclined to it are fillet welded. At this time, inclination detecting sensors 18-21 that detect angle of inclination of steel plates are installed in the welding machine. Sensors 18, 19 detect angles Q1, Q2 between the ground level and the bottom plates S5, and sensors 20, 21 detect angles theta3-theta6 between the bottom plate S5 and vertical plates S1-S4. Detected values are fed back to a controlling device. A truck 8 is moved basing on the sequence incorporated in the controlling device, and welding is performed automatically according to inclination.
