Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:A crosslinkable ethylenic resin composition, prepared by incorporating a specific ethylenic low-molecular weight resin with an organic peroxide and an antioxidant in specific amounts, having improved moldability and insulating properties, and suitable for casting insulating materials. CONSTITUTION:A crosslinkable ethylenic resin composition prepared by incorporating 100pts.wt. ethylenic low-molecular weight regin, e.g. low-molecular weight copolymer of ethylene with a vinyl carboxylate, etc. having 6,000- 10,000 molecular weight, having 10-90g/10min melt flow rate measured at 120 deg.C with 0.5-5.0pts.wt. organic peroxide, e.g. dicumyl peroxide, and 0.05-5.0pts.wt. antioxidant, e.g. 4,4'-thiobis-(6-tert-butyl-m-cresol), and if necessary a voltage stabilizer, copper inhibitor, lubricant, filler, etc., and kneading and mixing the resultant mixture in an extruder, etc.
