Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide a production method of an electron tube member mainly made of Ni, Co, Fe which generates no discrepancy such as grain-like cracks even under a deep draw work by limiting an inclusion such as Mn, Si, Mg, Al serving as a deoxidizer within a specific range. CONSTITUTION:A member is produced by a vacuum dissolution method and is composed of 28.00-30.00wt% of Ni, 16.00-18.50wt% of Co, 0.06wt% or less of C, 0.40wt% or less of Mn, 0.20wt% or less of Si, 0.02-0.04wt% of Ti, 0.01- 0.03wt% of Al and the remainder of Fe. Here, 0.20wt% or more of Mn and 0.10wt% or more of Si are indispensable for the work, and the yardstick for the occluded gas of the electron tube member is set at 30P.P.M or less for O2 and N2 and it should not be made higher. The final working factor of 50% or more is required to improve the plate thickness precision. And, the one with the final working factor of 79% has the good plate thickness precision, but its workability is problematic. |
