APPARATUS OF GAS CHROMATOGRAPH

PURPOSE:To obtain a series of continuous chromatograms of various gases in a short time, by providing the first column and the second column having a pipe for adjusting gas detecting time and making the first column and the second column changeable. CONSTITUTION:A four-way switching valve 11a is provided as shown by a solid line and a gaseous mixture of six components A-F is passed through the first column 5c by switching a six-way switching valve 2 to a flow passage shown by a dotted line to detect and measure said gas by a gas sensor 7c, thereby obtaining chromatograms A-C. After the measurement is finished, the valve 11a is switched as shown by the dotted line and a separation is performed by the second column 5d and then, the chromatograms D-F are obtained in succession to that of A-C by detecting and measuring the gas components D-F having delayed outflow time by a pipe 10 for adjusting gas detecting time by the gas sensor 7c. Hereby, a series of continuous chromatograms of various gases is obtained in a short time.
