BUNDLING METHOD FOR STATOR WINDING OF WATER SEALING TYPE MOTOR

PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration of a waterproof electric wire with a shell made of nylon, and to obviate damage by bundling the end section of stator winding consisting of the electric wire by a cord for bundling made of nylon and mutually fastening both with epoxy phenol group varnish. CONSTITUTION:Stator winding 3 is constituted by winding the waterproof electric wire coated with the shell made of nylon on a stator core 2, the winding end section of the stator winding 3 is bundled by the bundling cord 4 made of nylon while contact sections between the bundling cord 4 and the winding 3 are coated with epoxy phenol group varnish 5, and the bundling cord 4 and the winding 3 are fastened mutually. The lead wires 7 of the stator winding 3 are coated with insulating tubes made of vinyl, etc. Consequently, since the bundling cord 4 is fastened strongly to the winding 3, the bundling cord 4 does not get loose, and the vibration of the electric wire can be prevented. Accordingly, the electric wire is not damaged at all.
