Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain the semi-hard magnetic Fe-Cu alloy material improved in its residual magnetic flux density in the range of the rolling ratio which does not deteriorate coercive force so much along a direction perpendicular to a rolling direction, by working the Fe-Cu alloy containing Fe and Cu as main components with a primary rolling ratio, an intermediate annealing temp. and a secondary rolling ratio, each being specified. CONSTITUTION:The Fe-Cu alloy comprising, by wt%, 3-25% Cu and the balance Fe as main components, which alloy can contain one or more of Mn, Cr, Mo, Ni, Co, Zr and Ti, each being up to 1%, up to 0.5% C and up to 0.1% S, is treated as follows: The material after being hot-rolled is primarily rolled with a rolling ratio above 20% before intermediate annealing, intermediately annealed at 600-850 deg.C and then secondarily rolled with a rolling ratio below 60%. Hence, the semi-hard magnetic Fe-Cu alloy material extremely improved in its residual magnetic flux density (Br) is obtained without lowering its coercive force (Hc) so much. |
