CONSTITUTION:Powder composed of one or plural kinds of oxide, nitride or carbide ceramic having predetermined grain size is molded into a belleville spring having predetermined shape through hot press. etc. Then it is used individually or in a combination of a plurality of said springs in series, parallel or series-parallel. The drawing shows the unit belleville springs 1 combined in series. In the arrangement, heat-resistance at the temperature higher than 1,000 deg.C can be provided, and further excellent corrosion-resistance and abrasion-resistance can be provided utilizing the feature of ceramic.
