CASSETTE TYPE MAGNETIC BUBBLE MEMORY

PURPOSE:To obtain a thin, small-sized, and tough memory which is conveniently portable and has superior durability of insertion and extraction by providing a conductive metallic frame to a circumferential part while covering a plug part and sealing resin at the substrate circumferential part including at least a magnetic bubble memory device. CONSTITUTION:A cassette type magnetic bubble 20 has a magnetic bubble device 5, a signal detecting circuit element 6', a diode module 16, and a CR module 17 mounted on a substrate 14, and their circumferential parts are sealed with resin 18. Then, heat generated in each element is radiated out through the resin 18, so thermal resistance decreases to improve heat radiation, thereby improving operation characteristics at high temperature. Further, numbers of terminals are arrayed by a conductor pattern at one end of the printed board 14 and plated with gold to form a plug part 14a, and the conductor frame body 19 is provided at its circumferential part to constitute a connector, preventing the destruction of an internal electric circuit due to discharge of static electricity.
