Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To effectively utilize petroleum coke not utilized as fuel and to obtain at a low cost a mixed fuel, by crushing and introducing the petroleum coke together with oil into a kneader, in which they are kneaded, and then mixing them in a mixing tank. CONSTITUTION:Heavy fuel oil in a heavy fuel oil tank 1 is supplied by a heavy fuel oil pump 2 to a heater 3, heated therein and introduced via a flow meter 4 into a kneader 8. Petroleum coke in a bunker 10 is introduced via a constant- rate feeder 11 into a crusher 12 for crushing and introduced via a collector 13 into the kneader 8. The heavy fuel oil and the crushed coke are kneaded in the kneader 8 and the obtd. mixed fuel is transferred to a mixing tank 15, in which concn. of the mixed fuel is uniformly kept by continuous agitation with an agitation device 16. Then the mixed fuel is supplied to a heater 18 by a fuel pump 17, heated, supplied via a flow meter 20 to the burner 5 of an oil boiler 6 and burned.
