Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simplify an installation work by reducing an installation space, by incorporating a condenser within a washing tank. CONSTITUTION:A part of or the whole of a condenser 6 is made into a water cooled condenser by incorporating it within a washing tank, in an air conditioner for a lavatory provided with a refrigerating cycle consisting of a compressor 10, a blower 11, a vaporizer 12 and the condenser 6. Because condenser 6 exchanges heat with cleaning water in the tank, thereby a work for a radiating duct for cooling the condenser 6 and a work for water piping are made unnecessary, and an installation process becomes simple and an installation space becomes small.
