Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a compsn. for water screening layers, which makes an efficient spray application possible and can form a water screening layer having good strength and water screening effect, consisting of a liquid diene polymer having active hydrogen groups, an isocyanate compd. and asphalt. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. consists of a liquid diene polymer having active hydrogen groups, an isocyanate compd. and asphalt. Examples of the liquid diene polymers are polymers having a number-average MW of 1,000-50,000 obtd. from a 4-12C diene monomers, copolymers thereof and copolymers of said diene monomer with a 2-22C addition-polymerizable alpha-olefinic monomer. The blending ratio of each component is determined taking kinds of waste or the form of water screening layer into consideration. Usually, 10-300pts.wt. liquid diene polymer and 1-100pts.wt. isocyanate compd. are used per 100pts.wt. asphalt.
