CLASSIFYING METHOD OF CELL

PURPOSE:To clasify cell easily by mixing hydrophilic and magnetic fine particle into sample blood or the like by using a conduit tube disposed with a magnet in the part which is diverged from a single tube part on an inlet side to plural tube parts and deflecting the cell according to the degree of coupling between the cell in the blood and the magnetic particle. CONSTITUTION:In the stage of clasifying the white blood corpuscles in blood according to the bulimia and capturing quantity of magnetic fine particle, a physiological salt soln. 4 is flowed into a conduit tube from a single tube part 12 and th blood contg. hydrophilic and magnetic fine particles of Fe3O4, etc. is fed through a feed port 16 on the side slightly inner than the inflow part. Thus, the kind of the white cell corpuscles is counted and classified automatically and quickly so as to help the diagnosis of diseases, etc.
